United States Shipping
Standard Shipping is our primary method:

- Delivery time: 3-14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Order cut-off: Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST to be processed the next business day

Order Tracking & Updates
Shipment Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information within 24 hours of shipment.
Real-Time Tracking: Use the tracking number provided to monitor your package's progress on the carrier's website.
Multiple Shipments: If your order is split into multiple packages, you'll receive a separate tracking number for each shipment.
Delayed Updates: If tracking information doesn't update immediately, please allow until your estimated delivery date for the package to arrive. Carriers may experience delays in updating tracking data.

What If My Order Doesn't Arrive?
30-Day Guarantee: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your estimated delivery date, please contact our customer support team immediately.
What We'll Do: We will investigate your order and work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
Carrier Delivery Confirmation: Moditude does not hold responsibility for packages that the carrier has confirmed as delivered. Please verify the delivery address and contact the carrier if you have concerns about a delivered package.
Refund or Replacement: If an order is lost in transit, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost, depending on the circumstances.
Import Duties & Taxes
International Orders: For customers outside the United States, import duties, tariffs, and local taxes may apply to your order. These charges are typically the responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the carrier or customs upon delivery. Moditude will not cover these additional charges.
Customs & Clearance: International parcels may be subject to customs inspection, which can extend delivery times. We recommend providing your complete and accurate address to avoid delays.
Shipping Restrictions
Service Areas: We currently ship to the countries listed above. If your country is not listed, unfortunately we cannot process orders to that destination at this time.
Weight & Size Limitations: Exceptionally large or heavy items may require special handling and additional charges. We will contact you before processing if your order requires special shipping.
No PO Boxes: We cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical, residential, or commercial address.
